Within the cancellation period

If you do not want to keep one of our products and send it back, you can simply write us an email and request a parcel label. We will then send you a link via which you can receive a return label:
Simply print out the return label online, stick it on and drop the package off at the post office or a packing station.

The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Returns take 14 days to process.

Please be sure to keep the shipping receipt when you send the return. You can use the tracking number included to track the status of your package and have proof in the unlikely event that something goes wrong in the mail.
