Shipping policy

SHIPPING METHODS
We currently only ship within Germany with DHL.
If you would like to have a delivery abroad organized, please send an email to kaddi@kleinefreuden.com and we will find a solution.

COSTS
We are a small manufacturer with no special conditions. We therefore base our prices on DHL prices + packaging and charge a flat shipping fee of €6 for orders up to €80.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-4 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of the order. Please note that processing times may vary if the order volume is high.

TRACKING
We ship with tracking and will provide the tracking number.

PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY
If you have problems receiving your delivery despite having a tracking number, please contact us at kaddi@kleinefreuden.com so that we can find a solution together.
